Hi ,
Today I Questioned My Sanity .
Today was one of those crazy days, when the world demands too much of your mouth and not enough of your listening. By “crazy,” I mean the kind of day that makes you wonder if you’ve always been this loud, or if the noise is new—a recent invention born from excitement that your body can’t quite contain.
You know my superpower, right? I see people. Not just their faces, but the stories they’re reluctant to tell. Today, I saw plenty. I talked to them like I always do—words tumbling out faster than their answers could arrive. My sister says I shout when excited, and maybe that’s true. Maybe all this energy inside me is just desperate to escape, to prove I’m still alive, still here, still mattering.
But here’s what I learned today—the lessons hiding in the margins of a chaotic day:
On Beginning
Wake up before your mind does. That moment between sleep and consciousness—that’s where the magic lives. Your thoughts will wander convince you to lie down a little longer. A dreamcatcher is hanged above my head. I read somewhere about it filtering out nightmares and keeping only what nourishes. My pillow knows this truth already.
I thank my bed in the morning for the unseen forces that guided me through the darkness. Loneliness in your own mind can feel like drowning in a room full of people. Gratitude is the lifeline.
On Kindness
Do good without waiting for permission or applause. The world at the moment is at a brinx of chaos .They say kill them with kindness. I say: surprise them. Disarm them with unexpected gentleness. It’s harder to stay guarded when someone catches you off guard with love.
On Presence
Feel your body like it’s the only home you’ll ever own. Notice the texture of water on your skin, the smell of soap, the way light filters through steam. Imagine washing away yesterday’s sorrows, releasing them down the drain, making room for something new. The pain doesn’t disappear; you simply learn to carry it differently.
Keep your space organized. Its is a mirror of your mind. Chaos outside reflects chaos within. Order is an invitation to think clearly.
On Patience & Surrender
Patience isn’t weakness; it’s a muscle you must build deliberately. Master it.
Go with the flow—not because surrender means defeat, but because resistance exhausts you. Life isn’t as serious as we make it. The universe has a sense of humor; trust it.
Trust your gut. Those butterflies in your stomach? They’re not anxiety—they’re wisdom trying to speak. Let them flutter through your sunflower garden so you can become someone who brings sunshine to others. That’s the real alchemy.
On Growth
Don’t be ashamed to ask for help. There’s no nobility in drowning alone. Learning is always greater than the pride of false independence.
Fear is natural when everything is new. Don’t dwell there, though. Acknowledge the fear, then act anyway. Like-minded people—the ones who get it—they’re drawn to courage like moths to light.
Talk to people. Share your thoughts. Learn from them. Inspire those who’ve forgotten how to hope. Challenge the status quo—bring up politics, religion, the things people avoid. Spikes of real conversation matter. Listen not to respond, but to understand.
On Love
Love is a verb. It’s as love does.
Love people fiercely. Want the best for them. There’s enough abundance for all of us. And remember: you too are deserving of love. Not eventually. Not when you’ve earned it. Now.
On Becoming
Strive to be better, knowing perfection is a myth we were sold.
Grow sideways, not just forward. Help your people. A human grows through connection, through stumbling together, through showing up imperfectly.
Speak the hard truths. The unspoken words haunt us more than the truth ever could.
Never lose your spark. Keep glowing. The world needs your light, even on the days when you question your sanity.
Unlearn everything. Become curious like a child again. Wonder is not wasted on adults—it’s essential.
